Yoga

We are taking a summer break with our yoga program. Contact us if you’re interested in joining us in our return.

Our yoga classes run for one-hour-long sessions twice a week and are included in your active Rock It membership (direct debit or prepaid). Casual / 10 Pass holder rates are available for those who don’t have a membership.

The classes will be run by our amazingly talented, in-house instructor Sophie, who will guide you through either a Vinyasa or Hatha style yoga session. They will be super beginner-friendly, too.
