Adult Classes

There is something for everyone! Short courses or weekly classes with our experienced coaches are designed to help you out. These classes include:

  • Learn to Lead

    Our Learn to Lead course teaches you all the skills you require to safely lead climb here at Rock It. The course runs over two, 2 - hour sessions and operates in a small group environment for tailored learning.

  • Yoga

    Our yoga classes usually run twice a week and are included in your Rock It membership (direct debit or prepaid). Casual / 10 Visit Pass rates are available if you don’t have a membership.

  • Bould Womxn

    Join us on the 3rd Monday of every month from 7-8pm for fun and empowering sessions! Check our What’s On page to see where we’ll be this Monday!
