You only need to be climbing two times a week to be saving pennies on a membership!

Monthly Billing

Our Direct Debit is billed on the 1st of every month. There is only a 1 calendar month minimum and you can cancel any time after!

Just $115/month: access to both venues.

There is a $10 admin fee upon sign up.

T/Cs: These memberships can only be frozen or terminated at the beginning of a month.

Prepaid Membership

Purchase 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months of memberships up front.

More months = more savings!

Ten Visit Pass

This is your best friend if you want to climb frequently but not consistently.

10 visits may be used across both venues.

*Child 10 Visit Passes can only be used at the Hobart venue.

Ten passes are valid for 12 months after purchase.

These do not include all of the benefits that the other options have.

  • For sure, but there are some T&C’s:

    For Prepaid Memberships, you can freeze for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of:

    • 12 weeks for 12 month memberships

    • 6 weeks for 6 month memberships

    • 3 weeks for 3 month memberships

    These maximum weeks don’t have to run concurrently.

    For monthly-billed memberships, it’s minimum 2 weeks. You can only freeze a these memberships on the 1st of every month. There’s a maximum freeze time of 12 weeks/year.

    YOU CAN ONLY CANCEL OR FREEZE A MEMBERSHIP VIA THE FORM BELOW OR BY SENDING US AN EMAIL. WE CANNOT DO THIS OVER THE PHONE OR IN PERSON.

  • Yes. You can do this one of two ways:

    • assign someone specific to your pass, who can use it whenever they want (regardless of you being present) or;

    • you can let us know when you arrive that you’d like to share a visit with one person who is there with you.

  • Yep! Our 10 visit passes expire one year after date of purchase.

  • All members (monthly billing or prepaid) are allocated one guest pass a month to bring a human of choice to Rock It. Got a friend that needs a little convincing? Use this to get them as hooked as you!

    Guest passes can be used at either facility but do not include rental equipment.

  • Certainly! Our memberships work across both venues so you can get the best of both worlds.

    If you bought a membership before we opened Derwent Park, you may have to upgrade it. Talk to our friendly staff next time you stop by!

Member Change Requests

Any changes to your membership must be made through Member Change Requests.

All terminations and freezes are processed on the 1st of the month.

Cancellations cannot be done over the phone, in person, or via email, you will continue to be billed until a Member Change Request is submitted.

There are no cancellation fees for ending memberships.
